Day-to-day activities are carried out by the executive committee.
Rev. Rob Jarvis (Executive Director) is the pastor of Hosanna Lutheran Church in Buffalo, Minnesota. He is a graduate of Concordia University, Seward, and Concordia Seminary in St. Louis. In his 20+ years of pastoral ministry, Rev. Jarvis has served congregations in Moorhead, MN; Menomonie, WI; and Morris, MN along with the students of the University of Minnesota, Morris. Rev. Jarvis served on the working group that formed CLCC and is also a survivor of lymphoma.
A.C. Schwark (Director of Education) is a retired financial manager having served as Senior Vice President and CFO at Bank One, Cincinnati, and Director of Business Planning and Analysis at AT&T Wireless. He continues to teach finance and economics on an adjunct basis. He received a BA in mathematics and economics at Valparaiso University and his MBA in finance at Washington University in Saint Louis. He currently is a member of Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church, Snohomish, WA, where he served on the Board of Elders, taught the Young Adults Bible class, and served as a lay delegate at the 2013 LCMS convention in Saint Louis.
Myrtle Siefken (Secretary) holds a BS in mathematics from the University of Washington. Before retiring, she was a technical editor at the Idaho National Laboratory, primarily in Materials Science. She is a judge for Business Professionals of America’s regional parliamentary competition. She enjoys studying God’s Word and is an active participant in Sunday morning Bible class at Hope Lutheran Church in Idaho Falls, Idaho. She currently holds zone and district positions in the Lutheran Women’s Missionary League (LWML). She was Hope Lutheran Church’s delegate to the 2015 Northwest District Convention.
Robert Moeller, Jr, (Publicity) is the pastor of St. John’s Lutheran Church in Trosky, MN, and serving vacancies at Trinity Lutheran Church in Jasper, MN, and Our Saviour’s Lutheran Church in Pipestone, MN. He previously served at Trinity Lutheran Church in Hartford, SD. Robert graduated from Concordia University Wisconsin with a B.A. in Management/Communications. He earned his Masters of Divinity at Concordia Theological Seminary in Ft. Wayne in 2001. Pastor Moeller served several committees in the SD District, including planning two district pastor’s conferences, youth services, circuit convocation, and committee chairman for 2009 SD District Convention. He also served for 13 years as the pastoral advisor for Lutherans For Life of South Dakota.
