God’s blessings to you!
As we say prayers of thanksgiving to our gracious Lord for the many blessings He has given us, we also look forward in anticipation and preparation for the birth of our Savior, Jesus Christ as Advent begins Sunday, November 30th! CLCC is also preparing for another wonderful year of sharing, teaching, and service in the name of our Lord.

Membership in the CLCC
If you receive our newsletter and have not become a member, we urge you to do so today! Your membership fees are used to defray the costs of bringing our seminars and educational materials to congregations across the nation. Without your support, we could not fulfill our mission and goals. We have touched so many lives – but there are so many more that need to hear! Won’t you please prayerful consider joining us and bringing our information to your congregation? Help us share God’s Word today!
Rev. Doug May – The man behind our display tracts.
Reverend May is a long-time member of CLCC and has been the person who graciously provides the tracts for our display tables at no cost to the organization. We thank him for his dedicated support and his service! Reverend May says “The tracts I prepare are intended for Christians. They are a brief restatement of the biblical truths contained in the Book of Concord for our personal edificiation so we are better prepared to speak God’s Word to others. These truths are the precious pearls of great worth from God that we cherish and put our trust in for this life and the next. For this reason I take great pains to make the tracts as attractive as possible to convey the fact they contain a most important message.” We praise God for Reverend May’s gift to CLCC!
Gene White – Retiring – Well done good and faithful servant!
If you know of CLCC, then you are most likely familiar with the name Gene White! Gene is a founding member of the organization and has tirelessly worked to bring the mission of CLCC to many, many people. He has served in many positions including treasurer, board member, instructor and more. Gene says “Age and other issues have become a reality for me. I am facing back surgery in February of 2015 that will require several months to recover. After much thought and prayerful consideration, I have decided to retire as an instructor and board member after the next elections. While I still love and support CLCC, I will be taking a lessor role in the future.” We ask that you keep Gene and his family in your prayers! May God grant him a full recovery.
One of the wonders about the Advent season is the emphasis on what the Lord has given to us! His Son is the greatest gift which far exceeds all else that God has created. May we sing ‘Glory to God in the highest’ in the days to come and encourage each other to live more fully and completely for Him!
In His Service always,
